Beetroot are rich in a group of antioxidants called Betalain, which give them that gorgeous vibrant colour.

They are nutrient-dense and high in vitamins and minerals.
They also have anti-inflammatory properties
They are good for your blood and cardiovascular health.
They are also good for stamina, energy and muscle recovery.
TO MAKE THIS YOU NEED
beetroot powder
oat or almond milk, unsweetened
ground cinnamon
ground ginger
nutmeg
vanilla extract
(optional) soft date or date syrup to sweeten or sweetener of choice
TO BLEND
A lot of high-speed blenders can't take hot liquids, therefor check before you start making this.
But fear not here are 2 different options:
OPTION - IF YOU BLENDER CAN TAKE HOT LIQUIDS
Heat the oat milk until hot and blend all together in an high-speed blender until frothy.
I used my Vitamix as it can take hot liquids.
OPTION - IF YOU BLENDER CAN NOT TAKE HOT LIQUIDS
First blend everything together and then heat it up on the stove top on low, until hot.
Using this technique will however result in less froth, but will still taste good.
