Chocolate & Orange Overnight Oats

Updated: Jul 8

Rich, chocolaty, with bursts of orange flavours. A breakfast inspired by the classic chocolate & orange flavour combination.

I have been eating overnight oats for many years now and this is without a doubt still my favourite.

If you are a fan of this flavour combo or Jaffa cakes, I suggest you give this a try. You will love it!

To enhance the orange flavour make sure to add the orange zest. This will make all the difference.

This breakfast has no added sugars and is fruit-sweetened only. If you are not a fan of banana, you can use maple syrup, date syrup or agave syrup as a sweetener.

For a gluten-free option use a gluten-free certified oats.

To make this even more indulgent I recommend adding a drizzle of almond butter.

Blood or blush oranges are my favourite to use, but any type of orange will work well.

For extra crunch, sprinkle with a bit of homemade granola, almonds and cacao nibs.

This peanut butter & chocolate granola is so delicious with this breakfast.
