Healthy 3 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
Updated: Jul 1
Made with only 3 ingredients, this chocolate mousse is healthy, very quick and easy to make and so delicious.
If you are looking for a quick, healthy chocolate dessert, this is one for you.
If you are following me on Instagram, you might have seen that I have given up chocolate for Lent. This has unfortunately resulted in me adding cacao powder to almost everything. Chocolate overnight oats and chocolate cooked oats have already been on the breakfast menu four times the past 7 days. Changing it up between chocolate & orange, chocolate & cherry, chocolate & peanut butter and chocolate & orange again....
Just to make it clear there is no actual chocolate added to any of my breakfasts or desserts. So that's not breaking the rules, right?
TO MAKE THIS
You only need 3 ingredients:
plant-based Greek style yoghurt, it needs to be a thick yoghurt *
organic cacao powder
maple or agave syrup
ADDITIONAL/ OPTIONAL ADD-INS
vanilla extract
pinch of salt
cacao nibs to serve
* If the yoghurt is too runny, the end result might not be mousse like. You might want to add a bit more cacao or a chocolate protein powder to thicken the dessert.

All you need to do is mix all the ingredients together until completely smooth. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
