Health on the inside and out.
Even though I focus on what I put in my body, I also find it's important what I use on my body. Where I can, I use natural products to keep my skin, hair and nails healthy.
Here are a few of my favourite products currently on Amazon.
Let's talk about....
NATURAL SKIN CARE
As part of my morning routine, I include massaging my legs, thighs and booty with a natural oil and a Cellulite Hand Brush after I shower or bath.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with cellulite, it's natural and we all have it. For me it's mostly about improving the blood flow in my lower body and if it helps reduce the appearance of cellulite that is a plus!
This NAISSANCE SWEET ALMOND OIL (Amazon) is the oil I love to use.
It has no artificial preservatives, no colours or fragrances; free from chemicals, additives and alcohol.
This ECO CELLULITE HAND BRUSH (Amazon) I use together with the Almond oil to massage my lower body.
The brush helps tone the skin and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. (Brush pictured in the photo above).
HOW TO MASSAGE THE LEGS USING THE CELLULITE BRUSH
Apply the oil to your legs and booty, spread evenly.
Use the hand brush and brush your legs stroking upwards - towards the direction of your heart.
Do this all over your thighs and booty.
Follow up with your favourite body lotion. It might sound odd, but this actually helps your skin absorb the oil better and your skin will feel less oily.
DRY BRUSHING
Another way to improve my blood circulation is by Dry Brushing.
This Dry Brush from Ithyes is perfect for that.
It helps remove Dead Skin Toxins Cellulite, Improves Lymphatic Functions, Exfoliates and Stimulates Blood Circulation.
FOR YOUR FACE
Use this GUA SHA STONE (available on Amazon) to lift your skin and improve fine lines with upwards pressure. It can help to shape your jawline.
A great tip - keep the Gua sha and roller in the fridge , it helps to reduce morning puffiness and helps refresh the skin.

HOMEMADE FACE SCRUB
Every second day I wash my face with a homemade face scrub made with coconut oil and bicarbonate soda.
It keeps my skin smooth and hydrated.
HOW TO MAKE AND USE THE SCRUB
Mix equal parts coconut oil and bicarb until well combined.
On a clean, wet face use a bit of the scrub and gently message all over your face.
Rince with warm water and pat dry.
Make sure to use a cold pressed, preferably extra virgin coconut oil. I love using the Coconut Merchanted Organic Coconut Oil, available on Amazon. uk
MOISTURISE YOUR SKIN
This Simple hydration moisturiser is a moisturiser that is kind to your skin, with Pro-vitamins B5 and E. I love that feels light on my skin, but instantly hydrates it at the same time. It contains no artificial perfume or colour and has no harsh chemicals, which is great for sensitive skin. Click here for the moisturiser, which is available on Amazon.
VEGAN COLLAGEN
Even though almost all the nutrients can be found in plants, I want to make sure I get all my nutrients in.
I take these VEGAN COLLAGEN CAPSULES to make sure I have everything that might be missing in my diet.
These are by far the best I have tried.
WATER TRACKING
Drinking enough water plays a massive role to healthy skin.
An easy way to make sure you are drinking enough water is by using a water tracking bottle, such as this one from Hydracy.
This one is light and BPA Free. And you have a choice of lots of colours.
NATURAL TEETH WHITENING
I don't know about you, but I'm always a bit sceptical using tooth whitening toothpastes. Whatever ingredients are used in the toothpaste to whiten the teeth? Can it be healthy for the teeth and mouth?
A natural product that does whiten teeth is charcoal.
This Charcoal Teeth whitening powder is made with natural ingredients and will help remove coffee, red wine, tea and tobacco stains.
