SEEDED CRACKERS
Easy, crispy crackers. These are delicious for snacking and dipping. Made with wholefoods only and are gluten-free too.
Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
30g ground almonds
35g pumpkin seeds
30g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
20g hemp seeds
20g ground flaxseeds
15g sesame seeds
120ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 150C.
Mix all the ingredients together and set aside for 5 - 7 minutes.
Prepare a baking tray or use a silicon mat on your baking tray.
Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray, about 5mm thick. Dipping the spoon in water before spreading will make it easier to spread as the mixture will be sticky.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 min - 1 hour.
Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces. It will harden as it cools.
Store in an air-tight container.
