Golden Turmeric Latte

A warming, spiced latte made with ground turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Frothy oat milk and lightly sweetened with maple syrup or honey.
YOU WILL NEED
oat or almond milk or milk of choice
ground turmeric
ground cinnamon
ground ginger
a good pinch of nutmeg
maple syrup or honey (optional)
THE BENEFITS
This golden drink has many health benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties, immunity boosting and powerful antioxidants which are good for the skin.
It is especially good to drink at night before bed as it helps the body rejuvenating, promotes relaxation and can improve sleep quality.

MAKE IT OATS
GOLDEN TURMERIC LATTE

SERVES 1
TIME 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup oat or almond milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger (start with 1/4 and adjust to your liking)
a good pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, heat all until warm or heated to your liking.
For frothy milk, use a milk frother.
